Hi, Yoga Friends,
Winter is on its way out, and thankfully we’ve got a few more yoga classes to get us through. Visit the current schedule for offerings. The second session begins Monday, March 5.
The Spring Schedule for 2018 is posted, and I’m happy to note two new opportuities: Body Prayer, A Moving Meditation, March 30th at Noon, and Chair Yoga, a 6 week session beginning April 19th. Our old favorites will continue to meet with a slight time change for our Gentle Yoga class: during spring session Gentle Yoga will meet from 9:15am – 10:15am on Thursdays.
We also have Yoga for Life classes that will benefit Hospice of North Central Ohio, as well as the Landree Rennpage ’03 Memorial Scholarship Fund. Two great opportuities to give back to our local community.
