Shoes come off, then the socks,
stepping lightly o’er the rocks.
Wind picks up, kids run wild,
flying through the grass awhile.
Sitting down, looking up,
slowing now to fill the cup.
One line here, one verse there,
meaning, meaning everywhere.
Stop and write some poems.

The rhythm and rhyme are so fun! I can see a children’s book with verse like these!! It is so playful and wonderful. Enjoyed reading it and that it ends with “write some poems.” So glad you do!!! Love and light your way always…..
