The Wise Heart Yoga offering has a new signature series: 
Breathe, Laugh, Play©
This group of classes will be a combination of yoga postures and creative movement, as well as extended meditation. All levels welcome!

  • Six Weeks
  • Sundays, 7:00-8:30pm
  • Feb. 13 – Mar. 20
  • Live Online & Interactive (Recordings available)
  • Suggested Donation Tiers: $90, $120, $140. These are only a suggestion. Please choose any amount you feel is appropriate.
