I am currently scheduling private guidance in yoga, meditation, writing, resilience, and nervous system restoration, as well as small group experiences of up to 5 participants. Reiki (energy healing) sessions are also available.
Consulting services for schools, corporations, and non-profit organizations are available upon request.
