Breathe, Laugh, Play©: A Yoga Series of Movement & Meditation
This four week series will explore the foundations of a joyful yoga practice, the ways breathing manifests as the connection between mind and body, and how laughter changes our perspective and experience. The intention of our practice is to cultivate a playful, enlivened spirit.
Each class will include movement, meditation, and deep rest. There will be time for reflection, questions, and a discussion of how to apply our practices in real life. No prior yoga experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.

I saw your comment on the new yoga class – How are you??
The dance studio has chairs available and I will be creating chair-based options on the spot for anyone who wants to try that out. I offered it as All Levels and no experience needed, so I’m expecting to have all kinds of abilities and needs in the room. 🙂
Come try it out and if it doesn’t feel right, no worries. I plan to include deep rest at the end, so if nothing else, that should feel awesome.
