Spring Yoga
Spring has finally arrived in Ohio. Are you ready for a spot of Yoga? I am!
I’m working on scheduling a few workshop-style classes, benefit classes, and regular-old-moving-and-breathing classes for the month of May. I also plan to offer a smattering of classes throughout the summer.
