Beginning Monday, July 8th! Breathe, Laugh, and Play: A Yoga Series of Movement & Meditation

My first in-person, public, all-levels yoga class in 5 years! I’m excited 🙂

Dear Friends,

I’m really looking forward to this four-class series. Throughout the coming weeks, we’ll explore the foundations of a joyful yoga practice, the ways breathing manifests as the connection between mind and body, and how laughter changes our perspective and experience. The intention of our practice this summer is to cultivate a playful, enlivened spirit.

Each class will include movement, meditation, and deep rest. There will be time for reflection, questions, and a discussion of how to apply our practices in real life. No prior yoga experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
