Dear Yoga Friends,

Last Friday we gathered for Body Prayer, and I can’t thank you all enough for trusting me with your prayer practice.  It was a truly uplifting experience.  Each of you brought such a generous spirit of open-heartedness, thanksgiving, and charity to our time together.  Your presence, and your willingness to explore the relationship between movement and prayer, was nothing short of a gift.  Thank you.

Yoga Updates Spring 2018

Happy Spring, Yoga friends,  even if it doesn’t feel like it!

The updated Spring Schedule for 2018 is available to view under the current yoga class heading.  Please note that Early Morning Power Yoga will begin one week earlier than previously posted (April 14th instead of the 21st).

New this session:

Body Prayer, A Moving Meditation 
Donation only.  March 30th from 12:00pm – 1:30pm.   Space is limited.  Please visit Mind Body Align to register.

Chair Yoga
6 week session beginning April 19th.

Our old favorites will continue to meet with a slight time change for our Gentle Yoga class:  during spring session Gentle Yoga will meet from 9:15am – 10:15am on Thursdays.

Yoga for Life classes will benefit Hospice of North Central Ohio, as well as the Landree Rennpage ’03 Memorial Scholarship Fund.  Two great opportuities to give back to our local community.

Hi, Yoga Friends,

Winter is on its way out, and thankfully we’ve got a few more yoga classes to get us through.  Visit the current schedule for offerings.  The second session begins Monday, March 5.

The Spring Schedule for 2018 is posted, and I’m happy to note two new opportuities:  Body Prayer, A Moving Meditation,  March 30th at Noon, and Chair Yoga, a 6 week session beginning April 19th.  Our old favorites will continue to meet with a slight time change for our Gentle Yoga class:  during spring session Gentle Yoga will meet from 9:15am – 10:15am on Thursdays.
